As technology advances, device and operating system manufacturers will eventually stop supporting older devices and operating systems. Our Footprint service requires smartphones with a current version of iOS, Android or Fire OS.
If your smartphone has at least iOS 14, Android 6.0, Fire OS 7.0 or higher, it should be compatible and you will be able to use our service properly. You can check the version of the operating system in the system settings of your smartphone.
If you have a problem accessing or running our service on an older smartphone or operating system, please check the list of unsupported devices below to see if your device or operating system is listed.
If this is the case, we cannot guarantee proper use of our service.
